Wow, it has almost been a year since my last update!

The last year was an eventful one at Little Lady Bug headquarters and household!

Little Lady Bug attended another handmade market(April 2011) but that market was a disappointment. We had about two/three sales for the whole day. We didn't take this as a reflection on Little Lady Bug because most stall holders didn't have a very good day!

Then Little Lady Bug took a much needed family holiday to America, Canada and Hawaii. My little boy(who was 2.5 yrs at the time) was wonderful on the plane. All he did was watch tv, coloured in and played games on mummies ipad(despite the airlines didn't put through a request for a children's meal). We were told by the head flight attendant that was sorted for the flight home(no children's meal again). But other then that he was really good for the flights.
We visited Disney Land in LA and that was a great day. My son ended up having a sleep in the pram because it was a little warm and a long day for him. But he loves meeting Mickey, Minnie, Pluto and Goofy. We also went to Universal Studios and took him on the set tour which went through the King Kong 3D ride(note to others, never take a small child on that ride). Universal Studios was not as exciting as Disney Land for a child my sons age.
I managed to get a lot of shopping in(clothes were so much cheaper then here in Aus)!
After LA we then flew to Vancouver, Canada. Spent a few days in Vanvouver(Stanley Park was nice). Then we headed off on a road trip to the Canadian Rockies. Banff was gorgeous. After a few days in Banff we then headed back to Vancouver for a few more days. Vancouver was a highlight for hubby because it was his birth place. In hindsight we would not have spent as much time in Vancouver, instead we would have left a few days earlier for Hawaii.
Hawaii was one of the best parts of the holiday. Gorgeous beaches! We did get rained on a few times but the rain only lasted for about five minutes each time. My inlaws watched our little boy so we could walk up Diamond Head(views were breathtaking)! But our time in Hawaii seemed to fly(although I did get to pat a dolphin(Hubby didn't get to because our little boy was getting upset in the water). But before we knew it we were on our way back to Australia in the middle of winter.

A month after being back home in Australia we were blessed with two pink lines on a pregancy test! So Little Lady Bug is expecting our new addition early April 2012! For this reason I have had to cancel any Christmas markets I was planning on doing! This has also put a late release on my summer collection due to the much dreaded morning sickness!

But my summer collection is going to be released very, very soon! Most items will be custom order with a couple of one offs! So keep an eye on Little Lady Bug for a gorgeous summer release!

Okay I really must go I promised my little boy(almost 3 now) that we could ice some vanilla cupcakes(that have now cooled down)!
